2:6a So act according to your wisdom,

So now act as you (sing) judge best.

You are clever. Treat Joab however you decide,

Do to him what you think is wise/appropriate.

2:6b and do not let his gray head go down to Sheol in peace.

Do not allow his old/white head to enter quietly/gently into the place of the dead.

and/but do not let him get old and die in a peaceful manner.
-or-
You should not allow him to die peacefully in his old age.
