22:51a In the seventeenth year of Jehoshaphat’s reign over Judah,

That happened in the seventeenth year ⌊of the reign/rule⌋ of Jehoshaphat as king of Judah.

22:51b Ahaziah son of Ahab became king of Israel,

22:51c and he reigned in Samaria two years.
