20:33a Now the men were looking for a sign of hope, and they quickly grasped at this word
The men were watching/listening for a sign/omen from him, and they caught/understood this right away.

Now Ben-Hadad’s servants/officials were waiting to see how Ahab would answer. They quickly/promptly repeated what he had said,

Ben-Hadad’s men thought that this was a good/hopeful sign. They immediately answered,
20:33b and replied, “Yes, your brother Ben-hadad.”
So they said, “Your brother, Ben-Hadad.”
-or-
“⌊Yes,⌋ Ben-Hadad is your brother.”
-or-
“Yes, Ben-Hadad is like a brother to you!”
20:33c “Go and get him!” said the king.
He said, “Get him and bring him here.”
-or-
Then Ahab told them to go and get/fetch Ben-Hadad.
20:33d Then Ben-hadad came out, and Ahab had him come up into his chariot.
So Ben-Hadad came out ⌊of his hiding place⌋. Ahab brought him up onto/into his chariot.

When Ben-Hadad arrived, Ahab invited/welcomed him to come/step up into his chariot ⌊with him⌋.
