19:12a After the earthquake there was a fire,

And after the earthquake, a fire!

Then the earth stopped shaking and a fire ⌊burned/blazed⌋.

19:12b but the LORD was not in the fire.

But Yahweh was not in the fire.

But Yahweh was not speaking/present in the fire.

19:12b And after the fire came a still, small voice.

And after the fire, there was the sound of a soft/quiet whisper.
