18:37a Answer me, O LORD! Answer me,

Answer (sing) me, Yahweh. Answer (sing) me,
-or-
Yahweh, I beg you (sing) to answer my ⌊prayer.⌋

18:37b so that this people will know that You, the LORD, are God,

so that these people will know/understand that you, (sing) Yahweh, are God,
-or-
Then these people will realize/recognize that you, (sing) Yahweh, are God.

18:37c and that You have turned their hearts back again.”

and that you (sing) are bringing their hearts back ⌊to you (sing) ⌋ again.”

⌊Let (sing) them know⌋ that you (sing) are leading them back ⌊to yourself (sing) ⌋.”
