18:36a At the time of the evening sacrifice, Elijah the prophet approached the altar and said,

When it was time for the ⌊evening⌋ sacrifice, Elijah the prophet approached ⌊the altar⌋. He prayed,
-or-
The time/hour came to offer the ⌊evening⌋ sacrifice. ⌊God’s⌋ prophet Elijah came forward/up ⌊to the altar⌋ to pray. He said,

18:36b “O LORD, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel,

“Yahweh, God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Israel,
-or-
“Yahweh, you are the God of Abraham, ⌊the God⌋ of Isaac, and ⌊the God⌋ of Israel!

18:36c let it be known this day that You are God in Israel

today, make (sing) it known that you (sing) are God in Israel.
-or-
This day let (sing) ⌊these people⌋ know/realize that you (sing) are the ⌊true⌋ God of Israel!

18:36d and that I am Your servant

⌊Make (sing) the people know/understand⌋ that I am your servant,
-or-

⌊Let (sing) them know/realize⌋ that I serve you (sing) !

18:36e and have done all these things at Your command.

and that you (sing) commanded me to do all these things.
-or-
Let them know/realize that I have done all this because you commanded it!
