14:26a He seized the treasures of the house of the LORD

He took away all the stored wealth from the temple/house of Yahweh,
-or-
Shishak’s men ⌊then⌋ looted/plundered the valuable things from the house of Yahweh ⌊in Jerusalem⌋.

14:26b and of the royal palace.

and ⌊he also took away⌋ the wealth from the palace of the king.
-or-

⌊They⌋ also ⌊looted/plundered⌋ the valuable things from the king’s house

14:26c He took everything, including all the gold shields that Solomon had made.

He took away everything. That included all the shields which Solomon had made with gold.

He removed all that was valuable, even the shields of gold that Solomon had had made.
