12:27a If these people go up to offer sacrifices in the house of the LORD at Jerusalem,

These/⌊My⌋ people will have to go to the house of Yahweh in Jerusalem to offer sacrifices. If they do/go,
-or-

⌊He realized that⌋ the people ⌊of Israel⌋ would ⌊want to⌋ go to the temple of Yahweh in Jerusalem to offer sacrifices.

12:27b their hearts will return to their lord, Rehoboam king of Judah;

they will ⌊again⌋ accept their lord, King Rehoboam of Judah, as their king.
-or-
Then they would/might once again choose to follow/serve King Rehoboam of Judah, their ⌊former⌋ master.

12:27c then they will kill me and return to Rehoboam king of Judah.”

They will kill me and go back to serving King Rehoboam.”

Jeroboam feared that they would kill kill him and make Rehoboam their king again.
