11:38a If you listen to all that I command you, walk in My ways,

If you (sing) listen ⌊carefully⌋ to all that I command you and live as I tell/want you to live,
-or-
You (sing) must do all that I tell you and live in a way that pleases me.

11:38b and do what is right in My sight in order to keep My statutes and commandments

and if you (sing) do what is right in my sight, obeying my rules and instructions,
-or-
You (sing) must do what I consider to be right, doing all that I command and instruct you.

11:38c as My servant David did, then I will be with you.

as my servant David did, then I will be with you.
-or-
If you (sing) act like my servant David ⌊by doing all these things⌋, then I will ⌊always⌋ be/stay with you.

11:38a-c (reordered)

I will be/remain with you (sing) if you listen to all that I command you, walk in all my ways, and do what is right in my sight, obeying my statutes and my commandments, just as my servant David did.

11:38d I will build you a lasting dynasty just as I built for David,

I will make you (sing) the first/father of a lasting dynasty as I did for David.
-or-
I will let your (sing) descendants rule ⌊over Israel⌋ for all time, just as David’s descendants will rule ⌊over Judah⌋ for all time.

11:38e and I will give Israel to you.

I will give you ⌊the land of⌋ Israel.

I will let you rule over ⌊the ten tribes⌋ of Israel.
