3:14a On the day I punish Israel for their transgressions,

⌊Yahweh has said⌋ that on the day he will strike Israel because of her sins,

3:14b I will visit destruction on the altars of Bethel;

I will destroy all places of sacrifice in Bethel.

he will destroy where they sacrifice offerings ⌊in the town of⌋ Bethel.

3:14c the horns of the altar will be cut off, and they will fall to the ground.

⌊I will⌋ cut off the corners of the altar, and they will fall to the ground.
-or-
And he will destroy the corners of the altar and every hiding place.
