In order to dedicate the temple/house of God, ⌊the priests⌋ gave/offered ⌊as sacrifices⌋ one hundred young male cows and two hundred adult/mature male sheep and four hundred young male sheep.

6:17c and a sin offering for all Israel

They also offered/gave sacrifices to God so that he would forgive the sins of all ⌊the people of⌋ Israel.

6:17d of twelve male goats, one for each tribe of Israel.

⌊For this⌋ they gave/offered twelve male goats, one for each of the clans of the people of Israel.
