Section 14:1-7

Samson found a woman to marry

14:1a One day Samson went down to Timnah,

There was a day that Samson went down to Timnah town.
-or-
One day, Samson went down ⌊out of the hills⌋ to the town of Timnah.

14:1b where he saw a young Philistine woman.

There ⌊in Timnah⌋ , he saw a young woman of the Philistia people.
-or-
He noticed a young Philistia woman while he was there.
