13:14a She must not eat anything that comes from the vine,

Anything that comes from the grapevine, she must not eat it.

It is forbidden for her to eat anything from the grape plant.

13:14b nor drink any wine or strong drink, nor eat anything unclean.

She is not to drink wine or any drinks that have alcohol. She must not eat anything ⌊the law says is⌋ unclean.

I forbade her to drink wine or other alcoholic drinks. I also forbade her to eat any food that is ⌊ritually⌋ unclean.

13:14c She must do everything I have commanded her.”
