6:22a When Gideon realized that it was the angel of the LORD,

Then Gideon recognized that it was the angel of Yahweh

6:22b he said, “Oh no, Lord GOD!

and he cried out, “I am afraid, Lord Yahweh.

He was afraid and he said, “Lord Yahweh, ⌊I am going to die⌋ .

6:22c I have seen the angel of the LORD face to face!”

I have seen the angel of Yahweh face to face.”
