4:19a Sisera said to her, “Please give me a little water to drink, for I am thirsty.”

Sisera said, “Please give me some water to drink. I am thirsty.”

He said to her, “Please, I am thirsty. Give me a little water to drink.”

4:19b So she opened a container of milk, gave him a drink, and covered him again.

She got some milk that she had in a skin bag and gave him a drink, and then covered him up again.

Jael opened a skin full of milk and let him drink. Then she put the blanket back over him.
