20:5a “Go back and tell Hezekiah the leader of My people

“Go (sing.) back and speak to Hezekiah, the ruler of my people. Tell him that

-or-

“Return (sing.) to Hezekiah, the leader of my people ⌊Judah⌋ . Give him this message:

20:5b that this is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says:

Yahweh the God of his ancestor David says ⌊to him⌋ ,

-or-

‘Yahweh, the God whom your ancestor David worshiped, says that

20:5c ‘I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears.

‘I have heard you (sing.) praying ⌊to me⌋ . I have seen you (sing.) weeping.

-or-

he has paid attention to your (sing.) prayer and your weeping/crying.

20:5d I will surely heal you.

I will make you (sing.) well again.

-or-

He will heal you (sing.) from your sickness.

20:5e On the third day from now you will go up to the house of the LORD.

The third day from now you will go up to Yahweh’s/my temple/house.

-or-

You (sing.) will be able to go ⌊to worship/thank⌋ Yahweh in his house/building ⌊of prayer/worship⌋ the day after tomorrow.

20:d-e (reordered)

Within three days he will make you (sing.) well enough to worship in his house/temple.
