19:32a So this is what the LORD says about the king of Assyria:

“So this is what Yahweh says concerning the king of Assyria:

-or-

“Therefore Yahweh says this about the Assyrian king.

19:32b ‘He will not enter this city or shoot an arrow into it.

He will not enter this city or shoot a single arrow against it.

-or-

He/Sennacherib will not be able to enter Jerusalem nor will he shoot an arrow toward it.

19:32c He will not come before it with a shield

He will not come near this city with shield

-or-

He will not attack it with shields ⌊and other weapons⌋ .

19:32d or build up a siege ramp against it.

nor build a dirt hill/rampart to invade/attack it.

-or-

Nor will he build a high mound of dirt to try and conquer it.
