19:31a For a remnant will go forth from Jerusalem,

For survivors will come out from Jerusalem.

For some people will come out from Jerusalem ⌊alive⌋ .

19:31b and survivors from Mount Zion.

From Mount Zion a group of people will ⌊indeed⌋ come out alive.

-or-

⌊Yes,⌋ some will survive and will be able to leave Mount Zion.

19:31c The zeal of the LORD of Hosts will accomplish this.

The strong desire of Yahweh the Almighty will fulfill this.

-or-

Yahweh the Almighty is determined to make this happen.
