17:18a “O man of God,” said the woman to Elijah, “what have you done to me?
Then the woman asked Elijah, “What harm have I done to you (sing), servant/man of God?
-or-
Then she asked Elijah, “Man of God, what complaint do you (sing) have against me?
-or-
The woman protested to Elijah, “You prophet of God, ⌊I have not harmed you and yet⌋ you must be very angry with me!
17:18b Have you come to remind me of my iniquity and cause the death of my son?”
Have you (sing) come ⌊into my home⌋ to cause me to remember my sin? Is that why you killed my son?”
-or-
What would cause you (sing) to come ⌊here⌋ and kill my son? Are you trying/wanting to call my attention to my sin/guilt?”
-or-
It seems that you came ⌊to my house⌋ in order to let me know how sinful I am, and so you have let my son die.”
