“Depart (sing) from this place. Go (sing) to the east, to Kerith Wadi/Stream, east of Jordan River, and hide (sing) yourself there.

“You (sing) must go away toward the east/sunrise. ⌊Stop (sing) ⌋ at/by the creek/stream called Kerith on the far/east side of the river Jordan, and stay/remain there in secret.
