17:4a And you are to drink from the brook,

You (sing) can drink water from the wadi/stream.

The creek/stream will supply you (sing) with water to drink.

17:4b and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.”

I have commanded the ravens to bring/carry food to you (sing) there.”
