10:12a The king made the almug wood into steps for the house of the LORD
The king used the fine wood to make railings for the temple of Yahweh

King Solomon’s servants/workmen formed/carved the timber into support bars for Yahweh’s house of worship
10:12b and for the king’s palace, and into lyres and harps for the singers.

10:12c Never before had such almug wood been brought in, nor has such been seen to this day.)
