10:13a King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba all she desired—whatever she asked—

King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba everything she wanted and asked for,
-or-
King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba whatever she asked to have.

10:13b besides what he had given her out of his royal bounty.

as well as what he had already chosen to give her.

This was in addition to the gifts he had himself generously given to her.

10:13a-b (reordered)

King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba generous gifts that he himself chose. Besides that he gave her anything that she asked him for.

10:13c Then she left and returned to her own country, along with her servants.

Then she went back to her own land together with her attendants.

Then the queen of Sheba and her servants left and went back to her homeland.
