5:4a But now the LORD my God has given me rest on every side,

“But now Yahweh my God has given/allowed me peace with all the nations ⌊around Israel⌋.

“But Yahweh, the God I serve, has brought/made peace on every border of my ⌊land⌋.

5:4b and there is no adversary or crisis.

⌊I have⌋ no enemies. There is no threat/danger ⌊of people attacking me⌋.

No nation is attacking or threatening ⌊the nation/people of Israel⌋.
