32:27a Hezekiah had very great riches and honor,

Hezekiah was a very rich and well respected king.

King Hezekiah was very rich and people showed honor to him.

32:27b and he made treasuries for his silver, gold, precious stones, spices, shields, and all kinds of valuable articles.

He built treasuries to store his gold, silver, gems, spices, shields and all his other expensive items.

He had ⌊his workmen⌋ build storehouses to hold all the ⌊things made of⌋ gold and silver, and his precious jewels, perfumes, defensive armor and other things of value.
