18:10a Now Zedekiah son of Chenaanah had made for himself iron horns

Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made horns of iron

⌊One of the prophets was called⌋ Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah. He used iron to make horns ⌊to put on his head⌋.

18:10b and declared, “This is what the LORD says:

and said, “Listen to the word of Yahweh. Yahweh says:

He said, “King Ahab, Yahweh is telling you this:

18:10c ‘With these you shall gore the Arameans

‘You will stab the soldiers of Aram with these horns

‘You will attack the Arameans ⌊like a bull attacks another bull⌋

18:10d until they are finished off.’

and defeat them totally.’”

and you will kill all of them.’”
