18:9a Dressed in royal attire, the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat king of Judah were sitting on their thrones

The king of Israel and the king of Judah were dressed in their royal robes and were sitting on their thrones.

At that time⌋ Ahab the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah were sitting on their kingly seats and wearing their kingly clothes.

18:9b at the threshing floor by the entrance of the gate of Samaria,

They were at the threshing place at the entrance of the gate of Samaria.
-or-
They were sitting at the place where people beat and threshed grain near the gate of the town of Samaria.

18:9d with all the prophets prophesying before them.

All the prophets were prophesying in front of them.
-or-
The ⌊four hundred (400)⌋ prophets were standing before them and announcing to them messages from God.
