17:12a He will build a house for Me,

⌊That descendant of yours⌋ is the one who will build a house for me.

⌊Your son⌋ will be the one to build a temple for me where I Yahweh ⌊will be worshiped⌋ .

17:12b and I will establish his throne forever.

I ⌊Yahweh⌋ will set up the throne of ⌊your descendant to last⌋ forever.
-or-
I will ⌊therefore⌋ make ⌊your son and his descendants⌋ rule forever.
