Five hundred warriors of the descendants of Simeon were led by Ishi’s sons Pelatiah, Neariah, Rephaiah, and Uzziel.

Ishi was the father of Pelatiah, Neariah, Rephaiah and Uzziel. These men led five hundred ⌊fighting men⌋ of these Simeonite people.

4:42b went to Mount Seir

They went to the Seir mountain ⌊and fought the people of the hill country of Seir⌋ .
