She reaches mightily from one end of the earth to the other: The force of Wisdom extends all over the world. A possible rendering for this line is “Wisdom rules every part of the world.”

And she orders all things well: Good News Translation “and she sets everything in useful order” is good in English. Other approaches are “she governs this world efficiently” and “it is Wisdom that makes the world run efficiently [or, function perfectly].”
