Our kinsman Tobit: Good News Translation again refers to Tobit as “cousin.” In some languages “my husband’s cousin Tobit” may be preferable.
Is he in good health?: See also 5.16. The variant form “alive and in good health” mentioned in the New Revised Standard Version footnote can be disregarded; the Greek text is secure.
