Where shall we find strength to praise him?: The implied answer to this rhetorical question is “Nowhere.” We could say “We can never hope to praise him as he deserves” or “We will never be able to praise him enough.”
For he is greater than all his works: This can be connected to the previous line by saying “because he is greater than all his creation [put together].”
An alternative model for this verse is:
• We will never be able to praise him enough,
because he is greater than all his creation [or, what/the things he created].”
