Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas: These five names refer to men.

16:14b

the brothers with them: This indicates that the five men named in 16:14a and these brothers are all part of one group of believers. They probably met in someone’s house to worship. These words probably do not indicate that they all lived in one house.

brothers: This word refers to believers, both men and women. The word indicates a close relationship between believers because God has made them his (adopted) children. See how you translated this word in 1:13 or 15:30.
