The other lamb you shall offer in the evening: Verses 4-7 concentrated on the first male lamb. Now the second one is in view. Both times in this verse you shall offer is literally “you [singular] shall do/make,” as in verse 4. For in the evening, see verse 4. In some languages it may be more natural to begin the verse with this phrase, as in Good News Translation.

Like the cereal offering of the morning, and like its drink offering: The pronoun its probably refers to the morning when this drink offering was presented. (The Hebrew pronoun for its and the word for morning are both masculine.) In many languages it will be more natural to render this whole phrase as “like the cereal offering and drink offering in the morning.” NET Bible says “just as you offered the grain offering and drink offering in the morning,” and De Nieuwe Bijbelvertaling has “with the same grain offering and the same wine offering as in the morning.” According to Levine (page 374), the pronoun its refers to the lamb in verse 4.

You shall offer it as an offering by fire, a pleasing odor to the LORD: See verse 2.
