4:22a When Barak arrived in pursuit of Sisera,

Meanwhile, Barak came pursuing Sisera.

Barak, who was chasing General Sisera, arrived at that moment.

4:22b Jael went out to greet him

Jael went out to meet him
-or-
Jael came out to meet him.

4:22c and said to him, “Come, and I will show you the man you are seeking.”

and said: “Come, I will show you (sing.) the man you are seeking.”
-or-
She said, “The man you are looking for is inside. Come in and I will show him to you.”

4:22d So he went in with her,

He followed her in

Barak entered the tent.

4:22e and there lay Sisera dead, with a tent peg through his temple.

and saw Sisera dead, lying on the ground, his temple pierced by the tent peg.

There he found General Sisera on the ground. He was dead and the iron nail was in his skull.
