For you shall be taken up from among men, and henceforth you shall live with my Son and with those who are like you, until the times are ended: The connector for may be omitted (so Good News Bible, Contemporary English Version). You shall be taken up from among men means Ezra will go to heaven without dying, just like Enoch and Elijah (see the comments on 2 Esd 6.26). Those who are like you refers to Enoch and Elijah, the companions of the Messiah in 2 Esd 7.28 and 13.52 (see the comments there). Ezra will live with this heavenly company until the time has come for history to end. Good News Bible provides an excellent model for this verse. Another possible one is:

• I will take you up from this earth into heaven where you and others like you will live with my Son until the end of time.
