5:18a All this is from God,

All that comes from God.

5:18b who reconciled us to Himself through Christ

He has restored our relationship with him through Christ, (God’s Word)

We (incl.) were his enemies/opponents, but he has now made us his friends by means of the ⌊sacrificial death of⌋ Christ,

5:18c and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:

and gave to us (excl.) the ministry of restoring relationships ⌊with God⌋.
