8:50a May You forgive Your people who have sinned against You

Forgive your people for sinning against you.
-or-
Please forgive your people for offending you.

8:50b and all the transgressions they have committed against You,

Forgive them for the ways they have rebelled against you.
-or-
Forgive them for doing what you have said is wrong.

8:50c and may You grant them compassion in the eyes of their captors to show them mercy.

Please cause their masters/owners to have pity/compassion on them.

Make the enemies who captured/defeated them be kind to them.
