1:30a I will carry out this very day exactly what I swore to you by the LORD, the God of Israel:

Today I will certainly do what I swore to you (sing) by Yahweh, the God of Israel.

1:30b Surely your son Solomon will reign after me, and he will sit on my throne in my place.”

It will be your son (sing) Solomon who will be the new king after me. It is Solomon who will sit on my throne.”

Our(incl.) son Solomon will become king in my place. He will sit in the king’s great seat ⌊and reign over Israel⌋.”
