And the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying: This verse is identical to 7.4, except that the Hebrew does not include the words to me this time. They are clearly in keeping with the context however, and translators may include or omit them here according to the needs of their own language. See the comments on 7.4 and Hag 1.3.
