This verse repeats the essential elements of 3.3-4 and 9.10, but can easily be translated in summary fashion as in Good News Translation if the receptor language is averse to the repetition of such details.
There is a minor textual problem in this verse since the Septuagint has “the fat covering the entrails, and the two kidneys with the fat upon them.” But these additions merely clarify the meaning of the Hebrew text. Consequently the problem has little bearing on a dynamic rendering.
