No man: this, of course, includes both men and women. It will probably be better translated “no one” or “no person.”
Until he comes out: this information is shifted forward in Good News Translation and phrased in a different way by saying “From the time Aaron enters the Most Holy Place…,” implying that the prohibition continues until he leaves. Note also that with regard to the pronoun he, the reference is to Aaron, and this should probably be made explicit in most languages.
The holy place: see verses 2-3 as well as 6.16 and 26.
House: meaning “household” or “family,” as in verses 6 and 11.
All the assembly of Israel: that is, the entire community of the Israelites. Compare 4.13.
