He puts my feet in the stocks repeats 13.27. For discussion of the terms see there. The only difference is that Job uses second person singular when he speaks to God, while Elihu uses third person singular. And watches all my paths closes the quotation which opened in verse 9a. Paths is used to represent the places where Job goes, or the steps he takes, which more generally means “everything I do.”
