Obey thy voice is equivalent to “obey you” (Revised English Bible) and “obey your commands” (Good News Translation). See 3.25. Walk in thy law is a Hebrew way of saying “follow your law” (Revised English Bible) or “live according to your teachings” (Good News Translation). See 26.4.
Thou hast made all this evil come upon them: In this context all this evil is best taken as disaster or destruction (see 1.14): “you made all these disasters happen to them” (Jerusalem Bible) or “you brought all this destruction on them” (Good News Translation). In Hebrew the verb made is literally “call” or “summon.” Another way to express the thought is “you made all these terrible things happen to them.”
