The For is important: “I am telling you this because I the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, declare that.”

As elsewhere, vineyards can be “fields for grapes” or “fields for the fruit for wine.” See 2.21.

Be bought: In many languages this will be better shifted to an active; for example, “People will once again buy houses, fields, and vineyards in this land.”
