Verse 11 closes the burial report by turning our attention again to Isaac, the son God had promised to Abraham. It may be best to make this verse a separate paragraph.

Isaac dwelt at Beer-lahai-roi: in 24.62 Isaac had come from Beerlahairoi when he first met Rebekah. Dwelt means he settled or established his camp at that place. For Beer-lahai-roi see 16.14.
