Then he said to me: Once again God speaks to Ezekiel. Contemporary English Version makes this clear by saying “God asked me.”
Have you seen this, O son of man?: This question is rhetorical, that is, it is not asking for information but emphasizing a point. In some languages translators will need to say “What you see is terrible, mortal man.” For son of man, see Ezek 8.5.
You will see still greater abominations than these repeats the refrain of verses 6 and 13 (see the comments at Ezek 8.6 and verse 13). This sentence may be translated “But you will see even more terrible things than these.”
