As at verse 72, Good News Translation begins a new paragraph here, and other translations start a new sentence.

The name Mashal is spelled “Mishal” in the parallel text of Josh 21.30. Since this is a variant spelling of a name referring to the same city, translators may use the same spelling in both verses.
