In accordance with all these words, and in accordance with all this vision: In accordance with occurs twice in this verse in Hebrew. For reasons of style some modern versions omit the repetition, but some of the emphasis expressed in the original may be lost in such versions. But other languages will have different ways to express the fact that Nathan told King David everything precisely as the LORD had revealed to him. All these words and all this vision seem to refer to the same thing. They refer to everything that God had said to Nathan (verses 3-14) and imply that this was a special revelation. The twofold use of the word all emphasizes the fact that Nathan was faithful in relaying every detail of the revelation to King David.
Nathan spoke to David: It will be more natural in many languages to restructure this verse by putting this clause at the beginning of the verse (so Good News Translation).
