Exegesis:

ho de ‘he,’ i.e. ho nomikos ‘the lawyer.’

ho poiēsas to eleos met’ autou ‘he who did the act of mercy for him,’ cf. on 1.72.

poreuou kai su poiei homoiōs ‘you too go, do likewise.’ kai su, best understood as ‘you too,’ may go with poreuou (‘you too go’), or with poiei (‘you too do’), preferably the former.

Translation:

Showed mercy on him, or, ‘had mercy on him,’ ‘acted mercifully towards him,’ and cf. on 1.50.

Go, i.e. ‘you too go…’ (as advocated in Exegesis), paralleling the lawyer’s going with that of the Samaritan; hence, ‘you too proceed,’ ‘you too continue your way’; the aspect is durative.

Do likewise, or, ‘do the same,’ ‘behave/do as he behaved/did’; the aspect again is durative.
